Toy Drive

Police officers and firefighters are collecting new toys to be given to local children. Toys can be dropped off during business hours through Dec. 17 at the police station, 127 N. Churton St., or the downtown fire station, 206 S. Churton St.

The town began its seasonal collection of loose leaves Nov. 3. Collection will continue until the end of January. Community members also may choose to use their fallen leaves for compost or mulch.
