The town looks for opportunities to integrate public art into the landscape. Below is art the town has received, purchased or contributed funds toward. Funds come from donations and the town's tourism-related boards.

The Public Space and Sustainability Division manages the town's public art.

Restricted Content

Absolutely no:

  • Extreme or gratuitous violence.
  • Gang references.
  • Hate speech.
  • Illicit drug references.
  • Pornography.
  • Profanity.
  • Other content unfit for public display due to its graphic or obscene nature.

Additional Rules

  • Violations of the restricted content will be covered and may result in park suspension.
  • No smoking or alcohol use.
  • No discharge of weapons.
  • No foul language or behavior.
  • No motorized vehicles.
  • Pets must be leashed at all times.

Town Responsibility

  • The Town of Hillsborough owns and maintains this property. Report maintenance concerns to 919-296-9600.
  • Staff may close the area due to unsafe conditions, vandalism or maintenance.
  • The town is not responsible for theft or vandalism of personal property.
