Good Friday — Town offices will be closed April 3 to observe Good Friday. Friday’s solid waste routes will be served on Monday, April 6.
Police Academy — There's still time to sign up! Hands-on activities will include a mock crime scene practical, traffic stop simulations, and a canine demonstration.
Around Town
Burn Ban — Due to increased fire danger, the Orange County fire marshal and the N.C. Forest Service have issued burn bans. Open fires, including fire pits, are banned until further notice.
Appointed Boards — April is Volunteer Appreciation Month! Consider offering your time by serving on an appointed board.
