The Town of Hillsborough’s boil water advisory has been lifted. Testing of water samples found no contaminant in the system.

The advisory was issued early Saturday morning after the water system’s central pressure zone experienced low pressure due to a major water main break.

Test Results

Contaminants were not found in water samples taken after the water main was repaired. Customers may resume normal water use and do not need to take actions such as running water, changing filters or dumping ice.

• Go to Community Alerts. 
• Select “Hillsborough water and sewer.”
