The Town of Hillsborough is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for professional engineering services to perform design services for linear water and sewer projects. These include:
- Conduct preliminary evaluations, environmental review, geotechnical exploration, subsurface utility exploration, and surveying
- Prepare complete design plans, calculations and specifications
- Assist with easement acquisition and encroachments
- Prepare permit applications
- Bid and award service
- Construction administration and observation (if authorized)
- Record drawings completion and project closeout
A pre-proposal meeting will be 1 p.m. Sept. 18 in the Town Hall Annex, 105 E. Corbin St. in Hillsborough. The pre-proposal meeting is highly recommended but not mandatory. A virtual attendance option will not be
available.
Proposals are due at 3 p.m. Oct. 3.
