Community members serve on town appointed boards, providing recommendations to elected officials on a range of issues. Meetings are open to the public.

The Water and Sewer Advisory Committee was disbanded — effective Feb. 28, 2025 — at the appointed board's request and staff recommendation due to a lack of major issues for the committee discuss in its form. Its last meeting was Feb. 6.
