Sessions take place on Thursday evenings from 6 to 7:30 p.m. with a few exceptions:

• The first and last session will include dinner and end at 8 p.m.
• A utilities tour will be offered Saturday, Oct. 3 from 8 a.m. to noon.

The program is intended to:

• Increase community members' knowledge, interest and ability to influence and participate in town government.
• Reduce barriers to participating in and influencing town government decisions. This occurs through increased understanding of key processes and operations of the town.
• Assist in building community members' interest in serving the community through future service.
• Bring the thoughts and questions of community members attending the course directly to staff.

Sessions are open only to those who are registered. 

This session will include a welcome dinner and provide an overview of town government and guiding plans. Participants will be formally welcomed by the mayor and hear from the assistant town manager, administrative services director and communications team.
