The Engineering Services Division serves as the single point of contact for projects within the town. The division:

• Designs public infrastructure.
• Reviews plans for public and private infrastructure.
• Inspects infill development, repairs and infrastructure tie-ins. 
• Contracts with third-party inspectors for major developments.

The division oversees all public infrastructure, including streets, sidewalks, stormwater management, and water and sewer utilities.
