The approved master plan proposes approximately 36,000 square feet of restaurant, retail, brewing/distilling and event center activities in multiple buildings, as well as parking. A master plan does not entitle the owner to development permits but establishes a framework for future special use permit reviews. The Board of Commissioners approved this application on Sept. 28, 2015.
A special use permit application has been filed for the first phase to include:
- Converting the existing yellow house into a restaurant and adding 2,000 square feet to it (Phase 1A).
- Building a 6,000-square-foot building for use as a restaurant near the driveway closest to Walgreens (Phase 1B).
- Site parking and circulation.
The town board approved the special use permit on Sept. 11, 2017. The approved construction work (Phase 1A) has been completed.
