The Administrative Division consists of the police chief and a civilian staff of an office manager and a planner. The division is primarily responsible for the management of daily operations of the department and its 29 full-time and one part-time employees. The division also maintains personnel training files and manages the fiscal budget, policies, procedures, department goals, objectives and grants.
