The Community Services Department oversees the town's Planning; Public Works; Public Space and Sustainability; and Stormwater and Environmental Services divisions.

The Public Works Division is responsible for solid waste collection, street maintenance and cemetery operations. For more information see the Public Works Division page on this website.
The Public Space and Sustainability Division is tasked with developing and maintaining facilities and grounds available to the public, including parks, greenways, cemeteries, sidewalks, streets and urban spaces.
