Due to current public health concerns, the Board of Commissioners is conducting its regular meeting remotely on Nov. 9, 2020 utilizing Zoom. The agenda is available now on the town website and includes instructions for public comment and for members of the public to view and listen to the meeting via live streaming on the Town of Hillsborough YouTube channel. A second public hearing will be held regarding the Community Development Block Grant application for $600,000 of Coronavirus funds to support the Emergency Housing Assistance program. The draft application may be viewed by clicking the "plans" link below. The board will receive presentations from the Orange County Food Council and Long-term Recovery Planning Effort, and an update from staff on the Falls Lake Nutrient Management Strategy. The board will consider a donation of materials and services to install a concrete pad in Gold Park to receive ADA accessible musical play stations and will continue its discussion of the noise ordinance.
