The members will be preparing their recommendations to the Town Board related to the public hearing items discussed on October 19 - East Village at Meadowlands annexation, zoning, and Special Use Permit to develop 76 townhomes immediately east of the eastern Meadowlands driveway and October 15 - the Waterstone Fire and EMS Station Special Use Permit for a new public safety station at 350 College Park Road. The agenda and packet materials are linked below. The public hearing plan sets for both developments can be viewed by clicking in the meeting calendar for the pubic hearing date. The updated plans for East Village are included in the linked packet below. The Zoom webinar platform will be used for this meeting. Members of the public who want to participate in the discussion of these items should contact the Planning Director in advance of the meeting to discuss concerns and receive a meeting link.
