Hillsborough Seeks Nominations for Employee Awards
Has a Hillsborough employee provided exceptional service to you in the last year? If so, we would like to hear from you.
The Town of Hillsborough is seeking nominations to recognize employees for exceptional contributions, ideas and endurance that have resulted in providing superior service or cost savings to community members.
The awards are part of a program to encourage employees to be innovative and to provide exceptional customer service. Nominations should reflect work done in the last fiscal year, between July 1, 2021, and June 30, 2022.
“Receiving nominations from members of the community to identify outstanding service and efforts provided by Town of Hillsborough employees is an important part of the annual recognition program,” Town Manager Eric Peterson said. “Serving the community is our top priority! Recognizing examples of exemplary efforts reinforces the importance of quality service delivery as part of the organizational culture.”
Award announcements and a presentation will be made at the Hillsborough Board of Commissioners’ November regular meeting.
Nominations made by the public are encouraged and will be accepted until 5 p.m. Sept. 2. The nomination form is online and is also downloadable below.
