Hillsborough police officers are investigating an overnight shooting that injured two adults. The Hillsborough Police Department responded to reports of shots fired at a party in the area of Riddle Avenue early Wednesday morning, July 5.

Upon arrival, officers located a 21-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man with gunshot wounds. The victims were transported to the hospital by ambulance. Both victims were listed in stable condition as of 7 a.m. July 5.
