Orange County’s Earth Evening Tonight
Join the town's stormwater and environmental services division and tree board at Orange County's Earth Evening. The Earth-focused event is 6 to 8 tonight at River Park in the downtown.

Courthouse Oaks to Be Removed
Orange County will remove two declining oaks from the west side of the Orange County Courthouse next week. If you’re in the Historic District and want to remove a tree, remember to apply for a Certificate of Appropriateness. For removal of trees in the public right of way anywhere in town, contact the Tree Board.
Local Government Career Expo
Join the Town of Hillsborough, Wake County and over 40 other city, town and county government employers at the first combined career fair for local government, 1-4 p.m. June 8 at the N.C. State University McKimmon Center, 1101 Gorman St. in Raleigh.
